- We do not read the content of your requests.
- We do not keep prompts and responses: for each use we record model, tokens, costs and times.
- We do not use your content to train models and we do not pass it on to anyone.
- No profiling and no advertising: the service does not live off your data.
The compute providers behind the models state zero retention and no training on content; statements not verified by third parties nor covered by a public data processing agreement: the per-model detail is in the catalogue.

KLAPI Hub currently has no prices and no plans: access is by invitation and every account receives a processing quota. For managed solutions and pilots we prepare a proposal based on the actual work.

Does the service cost anything?
Not today: access is by invitation and the service cannot be purchased. Every account receives a processing quota assigned by KuramaLab. Custom projects are agreed separately.
Are all models GDPR compliant?
No. We show the privacy level and where data is processed; the final assessment depends on your use case.
